Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing - EMDR
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a type of therapy that helps people process distressing memories and traumas by focusing on them while doing eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation. The process helps the brain reprocess these memories, much like the body heals from a physical wound, reducing their emotional impact so they no longer control your present feelings or behaviors.
Internal Family Systems- IFS
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a psychotherapy model that views the mind as a multi-part system, with each part (or "sub-personality") having its own unique roles, motivations, and emotions
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy- Insomnia
Brief CBT-i is a shortened, first-line psychological treatment for chronic insomnia that teaches skills to change problematic thoughts and behaviors related to sleep.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy- DBT
DBT, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, is a type of cognitive-behavioral therapy that teaches skills to manage emotions, tolerate distress, improve relationships, and be more mindful, balancing acceptance of oneself with the need for positive change.
Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist
A Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS), also known as a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), is a professional credential that signifies specialized knowledge and skills in treating and working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
